Surgical Services
Toxikon has surgical suites capable of handling small or large animal models, from mice to NHPs. The operating rooms are equipped with electrocautery, temperature therapy units, aspiration, anesthesia vaporizers using Isoflurane and Nitrous Oxide, aspiration, pulse oximetry and surgical lighting. Other equipment includes electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring equipment, surgical microscopes, orthopedic drills and mechanical ventilation.
