Toxikon offers specialty and custom research and testing services in support of drug discovery and development.

Our product development capabilities are focused on discoveries that improve the quality of life, while delivering quality science. Along with R&D/Discovery, these capabilities include ocular drug development, surgical programs, synthesis and formulation IND/NDA enabling studies, reproductive toxicology study designs, carcinogenicity, and full pathology capabilities. Working closely with our clients, we are committed to providing customized services that meet the required objectives of our clients.

Toxikon has developed its own internal research programs, several of which are available for partnering. The research projects include:

Antivirals: A series of novel nucleoside and non-nucleoside-based antivirals with good in vitro profiles for the treatment of HIV and the Hepatitis C virus.

Kinase Inhibitors:  Toxikon is also developing new IND candidates, and our oncology research program focuses on discovering advantaged kianase inhibitors for the effective treatment of cancer.

While we have built a strong repuation on providing standard guideline study programs, Toxikon is also committed to the future of drug and device discovery. We do this by partnering with biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies and providing reliable preclinical services and extensive development capabilities to ultimately usher novel therapies to treat new and existing diseases and conditions.
